Ralf Winzer

Ralf Winzer has been a member of the FTI-Andersch team since 2012. Before joining FTI-Andersch, he worked in the restructuring department of a leading auditing and consulting company for 7 years.

Ralf Winzer is responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive business concepts. He designs and moderates sustainable financing solutions with shareholders, financing partners and clients for both family businesses and PE investments.

He has also successfully supported numerous M&A transactions in distressed situations. Furthermore, he has extensive experience in the evaluation of strategic options.

His industry focus is on the automotive industry and mechanical and plant engineering. In addition, he is intensively involved in the optimisation of the finance area (finance transformation) of his clients.

He is a trained bank manager, auditor and a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) who studied economics in Ludwigshafen and Chicago.

Ralf Winzer is married and the father of three children.
