Entry level – Bachelor

As a graduate with a Bachelor’s degree with relevant practical experience, you enter the company as an analyst.

You will work together with our clients to find a solution to the problems assigned. As a representative of Andersch, the impression you make on our clients will shape their image of our company and is decisive to our success. Our goal is to attract the best consultants and retain them in the long-term.

Requirements

  • Very good academic qualifications
  • Initial practical experience with very good performance
  • English language skills that have been tested by experience abroad
  • You can convince us of your analytical skills, your creativity and enthusiasm

Perspective

  • Performance dependent promotion to consultant after 12 – 24 months

As an alternative to a full-time position, we also offer bachelor’s degree graduates that are enrolling in a master’s program the opportunity to intern for several months (i.e. during the gap year between their degrees).
